Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on food items, however, our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with our spice. If you are not 100% satisfied, please email us immediately.

Cancellation of order must be made before shipping.

Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days after payment clears (Mon - Fri not including US Government Holidays).  Orders placed after 5:00pm PST or on weekends or US holidays will process the next business day.

* We offer shipping throughout the US only via the USPS. We don't offer International shipping at this time.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided on your order form. Please double check your shipping address listed at checkout. We cannot offer shipping refunds, or pay additional shipping charges, for orders shipped to the wrong address. Orders lost in transit due to wrong shipping address cannot be refunded.

Package tracking & insurance is included with all orders.

Tax is included in the price.
